Social Change directs its resources towards people who live in extreme poverty, concentrating its longer-term development work on the South Africa’s poorest and least developed communities. While this involves a concentration of communities in South Africa, concern also engages in emergency response in any part of the country in which a significant number of people do not have their basic needs met from local resources, thus creating the need for external assistance while continue protecting everyone’s human rights towards collective social justice.
